Party Rules and Restrictions

Parties must be scheduled in advance with confirmation by Arcadia Swim Club manager. Parties cannot be held during designated swim team practices of swim club special events such as teen night or food truck events. A link to currently scheduled events can be seen on via the Esoft member portal. We recommend requesting a party time a minimum of 2 weeks in advance

The adult member of Arcadia Swim Club completing this form must be present during the entire party

Maximum number of people including swimmers and non-swimmers is 25. This includes in-town, out of town guests and pool members. Grandparents and siblings of the child having the party are not counted toward this total.

Maximum party length is 2 hours.

No water balloons or piñatas.

A $25 booking deposit is required at the time of confirmation by manager.

It is the responsibility of the pool member hosting the party to make sure that all non-member guests of the party are made aware of the pool rules and understand the importance of adhering to them.

Non-Members are required to wear a wrist band during the pool party. Pool party non-member guest need to exit the pool at the end of the designated party time. Pool party host will be charged $10 for every 10 mins a non-member guest remains at the pool.

Pool member booking party is responsible for returning all tables/shelter area to original state. Initial booking security deposit will be returned at conclusion of party if clean up is satisfactory
